When will I receive my order? We try to keep a good supply of our stock items and ship them to you within 48 hours. For personalized items involving artwork after your approval of the artwork the average time is 3 weeks production and 1 week shipping. Some items can take as little as 1-week production or as much as 6 weeks. Let us know your required date and we’ll help you choose an item which can arrive on time.
 
When is payment due? We require your payment when placing your order.
 
The minimum is 300 in the price list is but can I get 100? Sorry no. The factories set most of the minimums based on process requirements.

How long have you been in business? We have been in business for 15 years.
 
I want to order a personalized product. What will my artwork look like? We will fax and email a proof of your artwork for your approval before putting your order into production.
 
Why do I need to fax back a signed authorization after I have placed my order? We ask you to authorize the payment of your order as a means of protection for you and for us. This proves that you indeed placed this order and not someone who is unauthorized to use your card.
 
Is it safe to give my credit card info over the net? Yes we have a secure site.
 

I’ve found what I want to order but I am still uneasy about giving my credit card info over the net. What should I do? Go ahead and place your order and you can call our office with your credit card info at

I prefer to use another method of payment. Will you take a cheque? Yes we accept cheques, as well as money orders and cash. We will need to process your payment before proceeding to do the artwork or production.

 
What’s the product quality like? We make every effort to source out and provide quality products.
 
What if the product is broken or faulty? Just give our customer service rep a call and they will arrange for the replacement or suitable compensation for the product.
 
How will I know that you received my order? We will send you a copy of the confirmation invoice.
 
Can you deliver to my post office box? Sorry no. Couriers send most of our products to you and they cannot deliver to a post office box as only Government postal services are authorized to.
